The Attendance Supervisor is added by the HR Manager to create site-based login. Specifically, the Supervisor is provided with the right to use the OTG HR App and logs in the first time to tag the GPS location of the project. Consequently, a Geo-fence is created for that site such that all employees reporting at this location can post their attendance only while physically present.
Security personnel onboarding is completed through the Attendance Supervisor Login at the field site. Furthermore, the Supervisor enters basic details and captures a live picture through the mobile phone camera to enable face recognition on the OTG HR App. Additionally, Face-based De-Duplication is performed on the server during registration — checking the past history of each employee to prevent duplicate accounts.
The Geo-Fencing functionality is consequently applicable for all employees, such that they can only punch attendance while physically at their reporting site. As a result, remote or fraudulent attendance becomes technically impossible.

The Attendance Supervisor working on the field receives their own login ID and password. After logging in to the OTG HR app with their credentials, they capture a live picture through the provided options. At the backend, motion detection verifies whether the face is live — ensuring no photograph is used to post attendance. Furthermore, Facial Recognition Algorithms verify the identity independently.
The Supervisor then enters the Team Attendance option and selects the employee’s name. Subsequently, a live picture of that employee is taken for AI-based Facial Recognition verification. Geo Location is confirmed — if the employee is not at the designated area, their attendance will be denied. Once all credentials are verified, attendance is posted and can be viewed by Supervisors and the HR Team from anywhere.
