In light of the current geopolitical developments and as a precautionary measure, please find below the key actions and preventive steps taken to ensure the Security and Safety of all our Data Center infrastructure:
- Increased vigilance and alertness at all Security checkpoints and perimeter zones.
- Coordination established with local law enforcement and intelligence units for real-time updates.
- 24×7 patrolling intensified around the Data Center premises and Continuous monitoring of CCTV and surveillance systems.
- The Backup QRT (Quick Response Team) is on standby to respond promptly to any situation.
- Firefighting systems and safety equipment checked and kept in ready-to-use condition.
- Internal Security communication protocol activated for quicker decision-making.
- Coordination with facility and admin teams for food & shelter-in-place (safe zone) arrangements.
- Awareness sessions and training programs have been conducted to improve the Security team’s knowledge and readiness for emergency situations.
- On the Cyber defense front we are taking the required steps (inclusive of threat intelligence and incident response) to thwart any State Sponsored Attack.
- The cybersecurity monitoring team is on heightened alert and cybersecurity controls are geo-fencing and rate-limiting the inbound traffic from high-risk IP blocks.
- All team members aligned to manage 24*7 uninterrupted and seamless service operations.
- We are alert and closely monitoring the situation to take care of any prompt actions , if required.
